AIR BURPER ATTACHMENT

THIS UNIT ELIMINATES AIR POCKETS THAT MAY BE BETWEEN THE LID AND THE PRODUCT.

2″ BALL VALVES

THIS TYPE OF VALVE IS USED FOR FILLING LIQUID PRODUCTS WITH CHUNKS SUCH AS PIE FILLING.

BLENDER-MODEL #107B

AN AIR OR ELECTRICALLY POWERED UNIT THAT BLENDS ICE CREAM OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS FROM TWO DIFFERENT SOURCES. THIS UNIT ASSURES EVEN CONSISTENCY IN THE PRODUCT.

BOTTOM-UP®

SAWVEL’S EXCLUSIVE VOLUMETRIC FILLING PRINCIPLE. EACH CONTAINER IS FILLED FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP. THIS ELIMINATES AIR GAPS IN THE PRODUCT.

BY-PASS VALVE FOR ICE CREAM OR SYRUP

THESE VALVES ARE USED TO ALLOW THE PRODUCT (S) AND/OR FLAVORS TO BE DIVERTED AWAY FROM THE MACHINE BACK TO SEPARATE TANKS OR LOCATIONS DURING MOMENTARY INTERRUPTIONS IN PRODUCTION. THESE VALVES CAN BE SET UP TO RUN AUTOMATICALLY.

CONTINUOUS FLOW

THIS FEATURE ALLOWS ICE CREAM TO FLOW WITHOUT STOPPING DURING THE TRANSFER OF THE CONTAINER INTO AND OUT OF THE FILL STATION.

DATE CODER

THIS UNIT STAMPS TWO LINES OF CODE ONTO THE CONTAINER. THE CODE CAN CONSIST OF THE DATE, PLANT NUMBER, BATCH NUMBER, ETC.

DELUXE NEAPOLITAN

A STATIONARY ADAPTER ALLOWING THREE FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM TO FLOW INTO THE CONTAINER FROM THREE SEPARATE ICE CREAM LINES. THIS ADAPTER KEEPS THE ICE CREAM SEPARATED UNTIL IT ENTERS THE PAIL. IF PRODUCT DISPLAY IS CRITICAL, THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO ASSURE CLEAR SEPARATION BETWEEN THE THREE FLAVORS.

DELUXE REVEL

A STATIONARY ADAPTER THAT INJECTS ONE FLAVORED SYRUP INTO THE ICE CREAM JUST AS THE ICE CREAM IS BEING PUT INTO THE CONTAINER. THIS ADAPTER WAS DESIGNED SO THAT THE SYRUP CAN BE EASILY SEEN THROUGH CLEAR, ROUND, PLASTIC CONTAINERS. IF PRODUCT DISPLAY IS CRITICAL, THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO ASSURE EVEN SYRUP DISTRIBUTION. THIS ADAPTER MUST BE USED WITH THE TUB SPINNERS TO CREATE A SWIRL PATTERN IN THE ICE CREAM.

3″x 2-1/2″ DIVERTER VALVE

THIS DIVERTER VALVE IS LARGER THAN THE STANDARD MODEL #1000 VALVE. THIS ALLOWS FOR MORE GALLONS OR LITERS OF ICE CREAM TO BE FILLED PER HOUR. SPEEDS RANGE FROM 1700 GPH (GALLONS PER HOUR) TO 2400 GPH OR APPROXIMATELY 6000 LPH (LITERS PER HOUR) TO 9100 LPH WITH THIS OPTION.

DRIP COVERS

COVERS NECESSARY TO PREVENT CONDENSATION FROM DRIPPING INTO THE CONTAINERS.

DRIVEN ROLLERS

TOP DRIVEN ROLLERS NECESSARY FOR LIDDING 5 POUND TUBS ON THE MODEL #115 LIDDER. THESE ROLLERS ASSURE CONTAINER STABILITY AS THE TUBS ENTER THE LIDDING SECTION.

ELECTRIC EYE CONTROLS

PHOTOELECTRIC SENSORS ARE USED TO SIGNAL THE FILL STATION AS THE CONTAINERS MOVE INTO THE FILL POSITION. THESE SENSORS ARE NEEDED FOR AUTOMATIC MACHINE OPERATION.

EXTRA SET OF TOOLING

ONE SET OF TOOLING FOR ONE SIZE CONTAINER IS SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE. AN EXTRA SET OF TOOLING IS NEEDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SIZE CONTAINER. SOME MODELS CAN BE TOOLED FOR MANY DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZE CONTAINERS.

HALF & HALF DIVIDER

A STATIONARY DIVIDER THAT ALLOWS ICE CREAM TO FLOW INTO THE CONTAINER FROM TWO SEPARATE ICE CREAM LINES.

HOPPER

A LARGE RESERVOIR CONTAINING THE PRODUCT TO BE FILLED.

HOT FILL RAILS

RAILS THAT SUPPORT THE SIDES OF THE CONTAINER WHEN LIDDING CONTAINERS FILLED WITH HOT PRODUCTS. THIS SUPPORT PREVENTS CONTAINERS FROM COLLAPSING.

LEFT HAND MACHINE

WHILE FACING THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE, A LEFT HAND MACHINE DENESTS CONTAINERS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE MACHINE. THE CONTAINER MOVES TO THE LEFT TO BE FILLED AND LIDDED. THE FILLED CONTAINER THEN EXITS THE MACHINE ON THE LEFT SIDE.

LID PLACER

THIS UNIT PLACES THE LID ON TOP OF THE CONTAINER. THE CONTAINER THEN MOVES TO THE LID PRESS. THE LID PLACER ALONG WITH THE LID COMPRESSION UNIT MAKES A FULLY AUTOMATIC LID PRESSING UNIT.

LID SPINNER TOOLING

TOOLING REQUIRED TO RUN ONE SIZE LID THROUGH THE LID SPINNER FEATURE ON THE MODEL #115 LIDDERS.

LID CHUTE TOOLING

TOOLING REQUIRED TO RUN ONE SIZE LID THROUGH THE LID SECTION ON STANDARD MODEL #115 LIDDERS.

LID ORIENTER

A UNIT TO ORIENT LIDS SO THAT THE POUR SPOUT IS IN A CONSTANT LOCATION.

LUMENITE® LEVEL CONTROL

LUMENITE BRAND LEVEL CONTROL FOR THE PRODUCT HOPPER.

MEMBRANE / FOIL SEAL SECTION

THIS SECTION PLACES AND SEALS A PIECE OF FILM OR FOIL ON TOP OF THE CONTAINER PRIOR TO LIDDING.

NEAPOLITAN ADAPTER

AN ADAPTER THAT ALLOWS THREE DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM TO BE FED INTO ONE ICE CREAM LINE AND THEN INTO THE CONTAINER. TUB SPINNERS ARE NORMALLY NOT USED WITH THE NEAPOLITAN ADAPTER.

REVEL ADAPTER

A STATIONARY ADAPTER THAT ALLOWS ONE FLAVOR SYRUP TO BE INJECTED INTO THE ICE CREAM AS THE ICE CREAM FLOWS INTO THE FILLING MACHINE. THIS IS THE MOST BASIC WAY TO INJECT A FLAVORED SYRUP INTO ICE CREAM. THIS ADAPTER MUST BE USED WITH THE TUB SPINNERS TO CREATE A SWIRL PATTERN.

RIGHT HAND MACHINE

WHILE FACING THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE, A RIGHT HAND MACHINE DENESTS CONTAINERS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MACHINE. THE CONTAINER MOVES TO THE RIGHT TO BE FILLED AND LIDDED. THE FILLED CONTAINER THEN EXITS THE MACHINE ON THE RIGHT SIDE.

SPINNERS

EACH TUB SPINNER ROTATES THE CONTAINER AS THE CONTAINER IS BEING FILLED.

STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCT VALVE & CUT-OFF PISTON

OUR STANDARD PRODUCT VALVE AND CUT-OFF PISTON IS MADE OUT OF POLYPROPYLENE. STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCT VALVES AND CUT-OFF PISTONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.

SURGE CHAMBER

A CHAMBER THAT WILL ALLOW CONTINUOUS PRODUCT FLOW FROM THE PRODUCT LINE WITH INTERMITTENT FILLING OF CONTAINERS. IT IS USED TO CONNECT THE PRODUCT SUPPLY LINE DIRECTLY INTO THE PRODUCT VALVE. THIS CHAMBER HAS A VOLUME OF 350 CUBIC INCHES AND INCORPORATES A SEALED PISTON TO SEPARATE THE AIR CHAMBER FROM THE PRODUCT CHAMBER.

TELESCOPIC FILL HEAD

THIS UNIT IS MANUALLY PLACED INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER AND THEN FLOATS UP AS THE PRODUCT FLOWS INTO THE CONTAINER. THE OPERATOR THEN REMOVES THE FILLED CONTAINER AND PLACES THE UNIT INTO THE NEXT CONTAINER.

TOOLING

MACHINE PARTS NEEDED TO RUN A PARTICULAR CONTAINER THROUGH ONE MACHINE.

TOOLING CART

A STAINLESS STEEL CART WITH CASTERS IS USED TO STORE EXTRA TOOLING.

TOP DRESSER

ADDS A SMALL AMOUNT OF TOPPING (SUCH AS NUTS OR SYRUP) INTO THE CONTAINER JUST PRIOR TO LIDDING.

VARIEGATOR

AN INLINE DEVICE CONSISTING OF A PRIMARY PRODUCT INLET AND A SECONDARY PRODUCT INLET. A ROTATING INJECTOR NOZZLE DESIGNED TO INJECT THE SECONDARY PRODUCT INTO THE PRIMARY PRODUCT ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS AS THE PRIMARY PRODUCT IS PUMPED THROUGH THE DEVICE. FOR EXAMPLE: INSERTING A CHOCOLATE SWIRL PATTERN INTO ICE CREAM.

VARIEGATOR MODEL #107V

THIS MODEL USES A TWO, THREE OR FOUR LEGGED NOZZLE WITH THE LEGS AT 90 DEGREES TO PRODUCT FLOW. THE LEGS ARE MADE OUT OF 3/8″ OR 1/2″ DIAMETER TUBING AND SLOTTED ACROSS THE BOTTOM TO CREATE A HORIZONTAL WEB OF SECONDARY PRODUCT IN A SPIRAL STAIRCASE PATTERN. A VARIETY OF QUICK-CHANGE NOZZLES ARE AVAILABLE TO CREATE DIFFERENT REVEL EFFECTS. A VARIABLE SPEED AIR OR ELECTRIC DRIVE IS USED TO SPIN THE INJECTOR AND ADJUST THE PATTERNS.

VARIEGATOR MODEL #115V

THIS MODEL USES A THREE TO SIX TUBE INJECTOR WELDMENT WITH EACH TUBE INLINE WITH PRODUCT FLOW BUT ROTATING ON A DIFFERENT RADIUS TO CREATE “VERTICAL RINGS” OR “MULTIROPE” TYPE PATTERNS IN THE CONTAINER. TUBE SIZES VARY FROM 3/8″ TO 3/4″. A VARIETY OF INJECTORS ARE AVAILABLE TO CREATE DIFFERENT REVEL EFFECTS. A VARIABLE SPEED AIR OR ELECTRIC DRIVE IS USED TO SPIN THE INJECTOR.

2″ VERTICAL CUT-OFF SPOUT

THIS CUT-OFF SPOUT IS NEEDED FOR MORE ACCURATE FILLING OPERATIONS.

VOLUMETRIC

THE FILL IS MEASURED BY VOLUME NOT BY WEIGHT OR TIMED FILL. EVERY CONTAINER IS FILLED TO THE SAME VOLUME.
